Ideal for caregivers/children able to attend to online assessment, and for those in remote areas/unable to attend therapy in person. Online initial physical therapy/wellness evaluation performed via video conferencing includes a comprehensive review of medical history and lifestyle, assessment of physical appearance, posture, developmental skills, strength, and any other indicated areas of concern using standard pediatric therapy assessment tools and expert clinician observations. Followed by establishment of plan of care based upon child and family-centered therapeutic goals. Includes thorough parent/caregiver education for home program. Documentation of complete assessment and home program provided to parent via secure email.
